- Assure the perpetuity of Chinese Swai Jiao as a traditional chinese cultural art.

- Develop, instruct, and promote the disciplines of Swai Jiao, Chin-na, Zi Wei Shu, & Dai Bu Shu to represent traditional Chinese Swai Jiao as a complete martial art system.

- Make friends and teach good people Swai Jiao.
- Objective
- Emulate the Swai Jiao martial art philosophy of developing a good heart, strong spirit, courage, compassion, and wisdom through proper ethical conduct and mental discipline.
- Actions

- Develop and practice the martial art virtues of respect, patience, humility, trust, and righteousness & loyalty.
- Develop the vision to know accordingly the right martial art understanding, thought, speech, action, livelihood, effort, mindfulness, and concentration to reflect Swai Jiao philosophy.
- Develop and emphasize the proper techniques for strategy, skill, speed, strength, and stamina.
- Emphasize the benefits of risk avoidance. Avoid unnecessary confrontations... Walk away, run away, and pacify... Use discretion wisely for self defense ... Respond to the level accordingly: friendly; not so friendly; hostile.
- Attack and defend the front & back centerlines.
- Integrate the fundamental Swai Jiao Concepts of throwing, controlling, striking, and kicking ( "Swai, Chin Na/Dai Bu Shu, Da, Ti")
- Select and train instructors as leaders of proper martial character to maintain the perpetuity of traditional Chinese Swai Jiao.
